Delivery & Shipping
All orders are shipped out no later than 2 working days after the order is placed.
Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK.
Please note: Nubian Skin is not responsible for any countries import or customs tax fees. It is the customer's responsibility to know what their international purchase limit is.
We don't ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
UK Mainland Delivery and Express deliveries: Please note, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Receiving an Order
Your order will be delivered between Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is shipped. We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of acceptance.
During sales, busy times and holidays, processing times may be longer due to the volume of orders.
Tracking an Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the allocated tracking number. Your order will be shipped with a nominated carrier, depending on what method of delivery you chose at checkout.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
All shipments to international destinations (outside the UK) may incur customs fees.
