Nubian Skin, in partnership with The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust team created the UK’s first softies in inclusive nude tone for black women and dark skin tones. Post-mastectomy surgery breast prostheses, breast form for healing post operation.

Fit & Fabric

Fits true to size.
Remove filling prior to laundering. Wash with like colours. Air dry. The fibrefill can be hand washed and air-dried if needed. Insert the fibrefill back into the breast softie cover, once both are completely dry.
Front Cover: 100% Organic Cotton
Lining: 100% Hypoallergenic Polyester Fibrefill
Back Cover: 96% Organic Cotton, 4% Elastane

Orders received before 2pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day. At the moment, international deliveries are shipped with DDU (delivery duties unpaid).

You are eligible to return your order within 28 days of receiving it. Nubian Skin does not cover return cost or provide returns shipping labels. All items should be returned unused and with all Nubian Skin labels still attached and original packaging. Tights should be in their original packaging, unopened. When I saw this product, I almost cried. And it's so perfect for post-surgery, the fabric is soft, and it retains it's shape so well. Thank you!

Light as a feather

I bought it for my mum who lives in Barbados (it will be delivered to her today) so I can't really say anything about the comfort. I can say it was a light as a feather and seemed very well made.xx

Soft but can be improved

I bought the form for my daughter who has had a mastectomy and I love how soft and comfy it feels. However, I think it will look more classy if the stuffing is put in an enclosure. It won’t be nice to have the fiber filling flying about when she has to unstuff it for a wash.

You may consider this for future production. Thank you.

The reason that the fibrefill is loose, is so that you can adjust the amount of it in the softie, depending on when your breast size may change throughout the month, or if you lose/gain weight. Each softie size covers 2 cup sizes, so it allows for that customisation, so each customer can have a unique experience, and fit the softie to their exact breast size.

Not a nice product

Have had a single mastectomy many years ago and have been using prosthetic pieces from eBay, which are very realistic but can cause me skin irritation. I became aware of the supposedly NHS recommended breast forms offered by this company so thought I would try them out. Firstly, it doesn’t retain its shape when worn, is not a realistic shape and is not very comfortable. I wore it for one day only and then went back to the eBay product which is far superior.
