Returns Policy

All orders placed from the USA are now final and non-returnable.

UK/EUR/ROW have 14 days from date of receipt to return your items for a full refund.

Nubian Skin does not cover return cost or provide return labels.

All returns must be posted back to us at the customers' expense.

  1. Please quote your order number on the parcel (starts with NS_____)
  2. When returning goods, we advise you send the package via a tracked service and obtain your proof of postage.

After your return has been delivered, please allow up to 14 working days for returned items to be processed. There is a delay currently processing returns due to the sale.

We do not accept requests for exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, please return and re-buy.

T&C's

All items should be returned unused, unworn and in original packaging and with all Nubian Skin labels still attached.

Tights should be in their original packaging, unopened.

Returned items that are seen to be worn, damaged or soiled will be refused a refund and the product disposed of. This is for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Nubian Skin. We advise sending your return with a tracked service. We are unable to process returns of lost parcels.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described. Please note that items that are damaged or result from normal wear and tear by accident; or misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it. Please contact us ASAP at customercare@nubianskin.com if you believe an item you have received is faulty.
